Estuary Point is our latest, beautifully-appointed cottage. Step out onto the fabulous balcony and take in breathtaking views of the estuary, the associated nature and views along the coast towards Warkworth.

Complete with quirks and features, on the ground floor is an open plan living and dining area with log burner. The kitchen is of a very high standard with high-spec appliances. To the rear of the cottage, is a good sized private, enclosed space - perfectly secure for pets.
At the top of the stairs, off the landing, is access to the fantastic balcony area, complete with outdoor furniture. Relax and take in unrivalled views of the estuary. There are two beautiful bedrooms - 1 king, 1 double. There is also a family bathroom with shower, WC.
